Community College Counselors and Transfer Centers
Be sure you visit the Transfer Center at your college and meet with your counselor regularly. Your counselor has access to your student records and is best prepared to answer questions about your particular situation. The advisors in the Transfer Center at your college are familiar with all of the details of transfer to UC. They will help you develop an Educational Plan that will ensure that your transfer to UC is smooth.
